1. How long is the delivery date?

The delivery date is 6-11 business days. This includes an order processing time of 1-3 business days and shipping time is 5-8 business days.

2. How long is the shipping order processing time?

The service time of Householdartifact.com is Monday-Friday/8:00AM-6:00PM (EST).

Shipping orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Order processing ends at 6:00PM daily and orders placed after 6:00PM will be prioritized starting at 8:00AM the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends, your orders for Saturday and Sunday will be prioritized for processing starting at 8:00AM the following Monday.

3. What is the shipping method and cost?

Free shipping by DHL Express for all US orders.  

Shipping time is 5-8 business days.

4. How to cancel the order?

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the order, please understand our work, thank you.

5. Who pays sales tax and customs fees?

We ship from 522 Willow St # B, Lilly, Pennsylvania, where your swing chair will ship from after you place your order.

We are well aware of the importance of swing chairs to American families, so we want to by focusing our efforts on the US market, and provide the local customer the superior quality service and products, so we only accept US order and there is no customs fee.

Please understand that the customer is responsible for paying the sales tax, and the merchant is not responsible for paying it.

6. What are the precautions for signing for receipt?

We hope that you sign for it yourself. If someone else signs for it, please ensure that your package will not be lost.

Please check whether the package and swing chairs are intact before signing.

If the swing chair has deformed or broken, please reject it and promptly contact our customer service staff William Cook, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for you.
